Tierra Del Mar

This sleepy little hamlet has a a small community of year round residents as well as visiting tourists throughout the year. With ample beach access and low lying elevation for the majority of the residences, we have placed a shed and a container for this areas needs in case of an emergency.


Pacific City

We continue to work in this incorporated community to ensure that all areas of development have supplies close by in case of an emergency. Pacific City is know for world class fishing and surfing. Most folks either live here or visit ofter due to its stunning landscapes including Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock. This is the most developed are in South Tillamook County encompassing a dozen restaurants, stores and markets, a bank, post office and gas station.


Neskowin

Located next to Cascade Head, this village is home to a number of year round residents. With ten miles of sandy beach and Proposal Rock in the center of town, many people have come to visit this area spanning many generations and enjoy the nine hole golf course in the summer season.
