The South Tillamook County Emergency Volunteer Corps (STCEVC) started in 2014 as the Community Emergency Response Team sponsored by the Nestucca Rural Fire Protection District. Our Emergency Volunteer Corps is dedicated to assisting our community prepare for any natural disaster.
